In this training, you’ll learn the everyday skills you need to keep food safe. We’ll cover how to handle food properly, keep it at safe temperatures, prevent cross-contamination, clean and sanitize correctly, and store food the right way. You’ll also learn about personal hygiene, allergens, and basic safety rules that protect both your customers and your workplace. Our instructors make the lessons easy to understand with real-world examples you can use on the job right away. By the end of the course, you’ll not only be prepared for the exam but also confident in applying food safety practices every day.

Single-day instructor-led review and exam with a Certified Instructor and Examination Proctor. (Lunch Included).
Once a minimum of 20, but no more than 30, students have registered you will be contacted for enrollment. Fees must be paid within 48 hours of email to secure place. Test will be scheduled 4 weeks from payment.
In–person exam, administered by a Registered Examination Proctor. (No review included.)
Once a minimum of 25, but no more that 35, examinees have registered you will be contacted for enrollment. Fees must be paid within 48 hours of email to secure place. Test will be scheduled 4 weeks from payment.
In-person exam administered, by a Registered Examination Proctor. (This is a one on one experience, no review included.)
